Well, it looks like the cease and desist order is real. It is up on the Texas State Securities website along with the other cease and desist letters they've issued recently. Hopefully, we'll hear a response from Davorcoin very soon about this issue. One thing is for sure: this probably isn't going to help the price of Davor very much.
I also go over some key dates this month including the first opportunity for people to take early capital release and the first actual capital releases for the big investors.
