After contacting their support and being patient Zwift is sending me A replacement run pod, I am so happy because this small device motivates me on the treadmill so I am glad to have gotten a new one.
I am excited about my future treadmill runs I am having a couple of rest days and will hopefully return to running as soon as the run pod arrives.
