I recently switched to the highly rated Aeropress coffee maker as prior to this I was using A french press and well it was A pain to clean and the coffee always tasted bitter.
With this such device cleaning it is so much easier and I have already noticed the non bitter taste, now I just have to work on my brewing methods to find the right taste for me.
