The last day in Sanya, we invite several new friends to have dinner together. Introduced by the local people, we chose the Dross Vinegar Seafood Hotpot.
We ordered some seafood(fish\cuttlefish\shrimp\abalone) and some vegetables(pumpkin\mushroom\cabbage). I love Hainan Chicken and also ordered this.
The hotpot has a special gradient called dross vinegar. It tastes like shrimp soup, sort of. If you wanna to have something spicy, you can also add some chill.
How wonderful the dinner is! We’re all very happy.
