Hace tres semanas me di cuenta que mi mamá tenía los pies hinchados, empecé a preguntarle si sentía bien, si iba al baño regularmente, si dormía bien y cosas así, se lo comenté a mi hermano mayor primero y me dijo que era porque se apretaba mucho las cholas, ella solo usa sandalias erreuno y son de hebilla y ella se la pasa ajustandolas porque según le quedan flojas y es incomodo al caminar y eso yo lo entiendo.
Les confieso que esa respuesta de mi hermano no me parecio y lo comente con mis otros hermanos y me fui a hablar con un primo que es médico y le dije si podía examinarla, como era de noche me dijo la llevara en la mañana a las 8 y así se lo hice saber a mi mamá, llegada la hora me comunique con el pero tuvo que salir porque la hermana mayor de mi mamá tenía la tensión super alta.

Le envié los exámenes a mi primo y dijo le diera atorvastatina de 40 mg, no me parecía que con solo eso se iba a curar así que le mande los exámenes a mi sobrina y ella consulto con una emergenciologa y le dijo que ya mi mamá estaba sufriendo de los riñones y del corazón, mi culpa seguía creciendo, mi sobrina le mando los exámenes a su suegro que es nefrologo y el dijo que los riñones seguro no eran, que podía ser un problema cardíaco por la edad y que si no se trataba también afectaría los riñones, pero que para estar seguros le hicieran un rayos x de tórax para ver el corazón, así lo hicimos y al otro día la llevamos al cardiologo.

Al día siguiente era la tercera en la consulta. el dr llego a las 9:30 y ella era la tercera y entonces armo todo un drama y lloraba porque se sentía muy mal y ya tenía incómodo a todo el mundo.
Cuando le toco el turno que pasamos al consultorio, el dr le preguntaba y le dijo que ella estaba muy enferma, que le dolía el pecho, los brazos, las piernas, no estaba bien de nada y yo sin poder hablar porque el dr me llamo la atención y me dijo no hablara porque el quería saber como estaba de la memoria, entonces ella tenía artritis, artrosis y todo lo que se le ocurrio, hasta que dijo no se había operado de nada y le dije al dr que si que tenía 2 operaciones una de un prolapso y otra de la vista, entonces el dr me dijo por que no me dijiste y le conteste porque usted me mando a callar, entonces me dijo bueno puede ayudar, entonces una amiga que es como su hija que fue con nosotros dijo tampoco tiene artrosis, ni artritis, entonces el dr tuvo que borrarlo de la historia y nos dijo que lo que tenía era depresión por falta de atención y le dije eso no es cierto mi mamá es una mujer bien atendida y me dijo no la abrazan, no la besan y le dije tampoco es cierto. Toda su actitud fue por temor a que el dr no le mandara pastillas.

Cuando el dr vio el rayos equis dijo efectivamente tiene una condición cardíaca el corazón grande y las venas gruesas pero cuando le hizo el electro y le tomo la tensión todo estaba perfecto, entonces dijo que ya era producto de la edad que en la parte cardiologica estaba bien y no ameritaba llevarla otra vez.
Cuando le tocó la barriga pegaba gritos y yo cada vez más asombrada con la conducta de mi mamá, el dr dijo lo que tiene es un colon irritable, cuando se vistio mi amiga le dijo al dr ella es hipocondríaca, el dr se quedo pensando y le dijo Antonia en vista que estas tan enferma tome la decisión de hospitalizarte 10 días en el hospital, milagrosamente mi mamá paso casi de estar qué no podía moverse a tener una energía increíble, no doctor yo en mi casa estoy bien es que usted me apreto muy duro y por eso me dolio🙈 y cambio totalmente su actitud.
Finalmente el dr le mando tratamiento para el Colón irritable, para los gases, los triglicerios, la depresión y un protector gástrico y ella super feliz con el poco de pastillas porque el tratamiento es por un mes y medio y que si seguía con los gases y dolores de estómago que el no creía la llevaramos con el gastroenterologo

Para mi fue un alivio saber que no e descuidado a mi madre y que si se cuando realmente le pasa algo, por que la culpa me atormento por varios días.
Mi mamá vive una vida muy tranquila, no le falta absolutamente nada gracias a Dios, el costo total de consulta, exámenes y tratamiento fue cubierto totalmente por sus nietos que están en el extranjero y mi hermana.
