Happy evening friends, I hope you are well, I am very happy because a month ago I started walking along the beach for health reasons, first we did not walk from end to end because it was a little forced for me, but as the days went by my husband told me but let's walk a little more, but it was not a little more, that day we reached the tip to the north, I really felt a lot of emotion and since that day we walk along the beach from end to end, and it feels so good, my life has changed a lot.
Feliz noche amigos, espero se encuentren bien, yo estoy muy contenta por que ya hace un mes que empec茅 a caminar por playa el agua por motivos de salud, primero no camin谩bamos de punta a punta por que era un poco forzado para mi, pero con el paso de los d铆as mi esposo me dijo pero vamos poco a poco caminando un poco m谩s, pero no fue un poco m谩s, ese d铆a llegamos hasta la punta hacia el norte, de verdad sent铆 mucha emoci贸n y desde ese d铆a caminamos playa el agua de punta a punta, y se siente tan bien, mi vida a cambiado much铆simo.
A month ago I was sleeping badly, everything I ate was bad for me, I was in a bad mood, my hands were falling asleep and I suffered from many aches and pains.
And with my treatment, my daily routine of walking along the water beach and my change in my diet, my life has changed for the better.
Every day of walking is a reencounter with life, seeing the sunset, the birds, the fish that from time to time are seen on the shore and sometimes even walking in the rain is a blessing.
These photos are from several days especially when I was walking along the boulevard, but now we only walk along the shore of the beach.
Hace un mes dorm铆a mal, todo lo que com铆a me ca铆a mal, viv铆a de mal humor, se me dorm铆an las manos y sufr铆a de muchos dolores.
Y con mi tratamiento, mi rutina diaria de caminar por playa el agua y mi cambio en la alimentaci贸n mi vida a cambiado para bien.
Cada d铆a de caminata es un reencuentro con la vida, ver el atardecer, las aves, los peces que de vez en cuando se ven en la orilla y a veces hasta caminar bajo la lluvia es una bendici贸n.
Estas fotos son de varios d铆as especialmente cuando caminaba por el boulevard, pero ahora solo caminamos por la orilla de la playa.
