BIBLE PASSAGE: Colossians 1: 9-12
9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

That ye might work worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing being fruitful in every good and increasing in the knowledge of God.
THE MESSAGE
God has empowered you to be fruitful in every good work you do. Many years ago there lived a road side carpenter in Sokoto, Nigeria. One day he was in his workshop and some United Nations Staff members (all foreigners) were passing by his shop. This man barely understood English, so they asked someone to interpret to him. They bought the furniture he had made and then ordered for more. Sometime later, they came back and told him they didn't only want to export his furniture, they wanted to invite him to their own country to do the same work for them.

So they carried the man who didn‘t go to school to their country to do furniture work. The strange hand of God on him distinguished him for fruitfulness, God turned his situation around and now he has a different story. God blessed and increased the works of his hands in Matthew 5:16, Jesus sums up for us the entire purpose of our lives: "Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." Receive the grace to be productive and to be fruitful in every good work.
Prayer Points
Heavenly Father, every good work that I lay my hand upon to do, let it be fruitful in Jesus‘ name.
Father Lord, fruitfulness is my heritage; I refuse to be unfruitful and unproductive in Jesus name!
My King, by Your mercy help me, my family members and all I come in contact with, to make it to Eternity with You in Jesus‘ name!
