This is a follow up to my previous post where I buzzed my hair. I knew I wanted some rechargeable batteries for my cordless hair clippers, so I got the cheapest ones I could find on ebay. They are the no brand ones (solid yellow) ones on the left in that pic. They do work for the microphones which don't need much power, but only last maybe 3-4 karaoke sessions, but when I tried using them in my cordless buzzer, they would only make the blades move very slowly, IF I shook it. I doubt they would last even 1 minute and you cant even cut at that low speed.

The lesson I learned is, when it comes to rechargeable batteries, pay a bit more for a name brand. I got the energizer ones and they have been working great so far.

ps. The energizer batts are much heavier than the no brand ones too. So that's a sure sign..
