Prayer demands a sincere heart that have faith and humility and that is what God is interested in us before looking into our prayer petition. Prayer is not meant to impress others through long or repetitive words but to communicate honestly with God from the heart. Jesus taught His followers to pray with a humble attitude, seeking God's will, honoring His name, and trusting Him to provide for their daily needs and forgive their sins.

"When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name." (Luke 11:2, KJV)"

Biblical prayer also includes thanksgiving, repentance, and confidence in God's promises. Those who pray should do so with a forgiving heart, believing that God hears those who seek Him sincerely. The goal of prayer is not to change God's will but to draw closer to Him, grow in faith, and submit to His purpose.
