Can't imagine how peaceful and loving the world was in the days of creation compared to what we have in our world today. With everything going on today, God surely is so disappointed in what the world he created has turned into. I believe we might have given him reasons to regret creating the world in the first place. We have deviated from the sole reason of creation. The entropy of the world currently is immeasurable.
The troubles of the world can be attributed to a lot of things. The hatred, the quest for power and control, the religious enmity, the racial difference, the colour difference, and a lot more, are behind the troubles (wahala) and the high entropy of the world today. Though we all know that we gain nothing from troubles aside from destruction, we still drift in the direction of troubles at a fast rate.
I can't help but ask why the need for all these; why the troubles, while the killings, why the discriminations, why the hatred? These are the many 'whys' that I need answers for. Or am I the only one that sees no positive effects of wahala? If others are seeing it the same way as I am, why then are many indulging in the act? Do they just do so for fun? Or does it satisfy any desire or wants?
Things have deteriorated to the extent that there's no single day that will pass by without the loss of a soul in my country (Nigeria), for example. The environment is so tiring that we are often surrounded by bad news. The kidnapping, the robbery, the killings, the marginalisation, and discrimination are just too much.
The sincere truth is that the world needs healing. We need to heal the world and make it a better place for all to coexist. Love is what the world needs. And at this current state, the world needs love more than ever. There's no need for all these troubles we are having. We all have our parts to play. There's a need to preach more love to all. The love for one another is the best remedy to all the troubles of the world.
We need to start seeing others to be as human as we all are. There's no one more human than anyone. We are all equals and are made in the image of only one God.
