Hey folks, happy weekend, people 😊. My name is chidistickz, and this is my entry for the hive music festival week 163 round 1, i did a cover of MERCY by MOSES BLISS and i trust that you'd enjoy this piece of music 🎶.

Some days ago i was reminded of this song by another song with the same melody, i rushed to record it on my device because i had long forgotten this song and, not only that i heard the melody, it started ringing in my head, i felt like it came with full force 😊, and then i started rethinking the lyrics. I was reminded that I've really gone far, far in the sense that most of my long-time expectations and aspirations are now my reality, and to be honest it was though to achieve/attain, at some point it looked kinda impossible but God's mercy saw me till now and it's still speaking for me.

Hola a todos, ¡feliz fin de semana! 😊. Me llamo chidistickz y esta es mi participación para la primera ronda de la semana 163 del festival de música Hive. Hice una versión de MERCY de MOSES BLISS y confío en que les guste. 🎶.

Hace unos días, otra canción con la misma melodía me recordó esta canción. Me apresuré a grabarla en mi dispositivo porque la había olvidado hacía tiempo. No solo escuché la melodía, sino que empezó a resonar en mi cabeza; sentí que venía con toda su fuerza. 😊, y luego empecé a repensar la letra. Recordé que he llegado muy lejos, en el sentido de que la mayoría de mis expectativas y aspiraciones de siempre se han hecho realidad. Siendo honesto, fue difícil lograrlo. En algún momento pareció imposible, pero la misericordia de Dios me ha acompañado hasta ahora y sigue hablando por mí.
