Difference individuals have different concepts about being a benefactor and being a beneficiary, about being a benefactor, some people feel it's a bit unfair because most benefactors don't really get any reward that equals the worth of f what they've given. Base on the above topic, i'w be about my own concept or what i perceive brings a balance between supporting others and being supported.

The thing with being a benefactor serrano is that it's not an investment, somany people may see it as an investment so when they give others they expect something in return expecially when their beneficiaries begins to overcome the state of being helpless. Being supportive in different ways doesn't really means you don't get back what you've given out,a and beneficiaries can appreciate you in somany ways sometimes even more than what you've given out, it still doesn't make it a reward for what you've done because that beneficiary maybe has nothing when you helped him/her so it doesn't equate them, it can only be an appreciation.

Don't forget that support is mostly given to the less privileged, so it's even beyond the capital people use to start a business, it's worth is more valuable than materiality that's why people tend to be emotional when they receive support, it's because sometimes they may have been seeking support throughout their life and at a point they found the benefactor, at that point that benefactor is like a life saver because the support may be life changing for the beneficiary.

The balance

Now aside seeking/ expecting rewards when we support others, it's of no doubt that when we support we lose something, so it may really seem unfair and some people might be right by saying that but here's what brings the balance;

As part of being a benefactor we lose, but what we lose someone else lost when helping us, so it would also be unfair to support with the mindset of getting back what we lost, the balance is to consider the fact that we were once helped which is definitely part of what built us to be who we're presently.

Nobody stands without being helped, so as much as we were helped, we'd also need to be helpful, that's just the flow and if Incase someone decides to move out of the flow, then he would understand that everybody needs help, it's a fact.

Note, I'm not saying that it's wrong to get rewarded for supporting people, it shouldn't even be called a reward for supporting, it should rather be called an appreciation, and also considering the fact that somany people support others and expect them to give rewards. As a matter of fact support isn't just in material form, support can be done by giving ideas, emotional support, encouragement and many other things that contributes in building the beneficiary.

In summary, I see support as something that makes a less privileged person move beyond his previous barriers, wether little or large.
