Hey folks, how're we all doing 鉁岋笍. It's a new week on the hive music festival, and I've come with a different energy 馃挭. This is my entry for the hive music festival week 161 round 2, and i did a cover of IMOLE DE by Dunsin Oyekan.
"IMOLE DE" means "LET THERE BE LIGHT", it's a yoruba phrase, one of the major tribes in Nigeria. The presence of light is the absence of darkness, light and darkness cannot co-exist. Light brings about illumination, enlightenment and visibility. The subject matter can be seen from different angels, the first is that we're the light of the world, so we oath to let our light shine in the dark so that the world be illuminated. The other point of view is the interpretation given by the writer of the song. God is light, he dwells in light, wherever he goes he illuminates, whoever he encounters he illuminates.

隆Hola a todos! 驴C贸mo est谩n? 鉁岋笍 Es una nueva semana en el festival de m煤sica Hive, y vengo con energ铆a renovada 馃挭. Esta es mi participaci贸n para la ronda 2 de la semana 161 del festival, y les presento mi versi贸n de "IMOLE DE" de Dunsin Oyekan.
"IMOLE DE" significa "H脕GASE LA LUZ", una frase en yoruba, uno de los principales pueblos de Nigeria. La presencia de la luz es la ausencia de la oscuridad; la luz y la oscuridad no pueden coexistir. La luz trae consigo iluminaci贸n, claridad y visibilidad. El tema se puede interpretar de diferentes maneras. Una de ellas es que somos la luz del mundo, por lo que juramos dejar que nuestra luz brille en la oscuridad para iluminar el mundo. Otra perspectiva es la interpretaci贸n del autor de la canci贸n: Dios es luz, habita en la luz, ilumina dondequiera que va y a quien encuentra.
