Let us tell the tale
Of our forefathers:
That passed over seas
That jumped seven rivers
That wore bangles and mantle
On their necks jingled
On their hooves hooked
As bones on dog's neck
As fish that ringed his tail
Before their became immortal
Immortal of decayed souls
In an unknown land.
Let us tell the tale
Of our gone spirits
Of their beheaded heads
Folded in the tomb of unawakened
Doomed, died and ditched.
Let us tell the tale
Of the young minds mooned
Moon of the night
Night of whistling
Whistling of wheeze
Whistling of aura
Peace on their heads becalmed.
Let us tell the tale
Of the light
Light of the sun
Sun of the land
That sets on our skins
Glossed and gleamed
Gleaned and telling
The beauty of the sky
The beauty of the skins
Gummed and groomed.
Let us tell the tale
Of beautiful faces
Of beautiful minds
Radiated by brightened bodies
Bodies of cowries and beads
Cowries and beads that twisted
The tale of the sun.
Let us tell the tale
Of ourselves and land
Of the ways and beliefs
Of another land that took us off.
