I woke up to multiple missed calls, which initially annoyed me. However, a few seconds later, I realized they could be important. Still half-asleep, I grabbed my phone and answered, only to be greeted by a loud, "Hope, wake up! The training has started!" That certainly jolted me awake, and I remembered that I had registered for today's short course training, which I had completely forgotten about. LOL. It was a refresher course for me. I am already familiar with most of the content and have been consistently facilitating it at work, but it was still nice to listen. The training was about Sensory Integration with kids with special needs and its interventions. Plus, the resource speaker was a close friend of mine, so showing support was necessary. 馃槉
After the three-hour short course training, I headed to the kitchen to cook. I prepared cabbage broccoli rice, fried an egg, and the last packet of dried squid from home 馃嚨馃嚟. While cooking, I needed some music to pump me up, and since Rivermaya (a Filipino 90's band) recently had a reunion concert, I blasted their music and sang along while cooking. Ah, such nostalgia!
And guess what, I couldn't get enough, so while waiting for the time to leave the house for my Kpop fitness dance, I indulged in some karaoke. Of course, I sang Rivermaya songs. My gosh! 馃槀
Finally, two hours of Kpop Fitness Dance to end the day. Yuki, my Saturday dance buddy, was back from her Chinese New Year holiday. She was in her costume and looked fabulous as always. 馃槏
