Today is my night duty. So I didn't need to go company in daytime. In the morning I went to hospital to fetch pathology results of a red patch on my leg.unfortunately, it's Bowen disease ,an early stage skin cancer. luckily it's treatable.Then took an walking exercise in my living quarter before lunch. After lunch I took a noon nap. Then I walked to bus stop to get the bus for my company to report to my duty. These are my today's activities.
