Are monkeys our ancestors?
This question always comes in my mind whenever I see this amazing creature. I am not a an expert to say either they are our ancestors or not but one thing is clear that they are very similar to human beings.
I tried to do some research online about it that what experts say about it. I found some interesting informations-
Humans and monkeys are both primates, it means a member of the most developed and intelligent group of mammals, including humans, monkeys, and apes.
There are different races of monkeys but which one's DNA is similar to human being? I found that humans share about 99% of our DNA with chimpanzees, making them our closest living relatives.
One more interesting fact I found that experiment to inseminate women with monkey sperm and impregnate female chimpanzees with human sperm failed.
There might be endless research studies available but seeing monkey always gives me a strong feeling that despite they can not communicate verbally as human being they are intelligent and have lots of similarity to us.
I also found that this animal widely abused in laboratories by performing various experimenting on them in the name of human welfare. I strongly condemn this laboratory experiments performed on this fellow earthling.
During my various trips I found this animal and captured in my camera. Here sharing some photographs, hope you would like it.
