Greetings to all Actifiters and happy Tuesday!
Today is a usual work day in the office. I kept active by not staying still in my station. I took every opportunity to take short walks during the day around the office perimeter. I completed 5k+ activity points today. It was a busy day but taking breaks and walks reduced my stress and kept me active.
