Hello Kitty is one of those cute and lovable characters who has gained popularity worldwide.
If you're a fan of her just like me, you should definitely visit this cozy cafe in Hongdae - a neighborhood in Seoul known for its youthful and romantic ambience, underground culture, and freedom of self-expression.
This Hello Kitty Cafe is a two-story cafe situated just right next to the main shopping street.
It was opened 2015 and was completely decorated with Hello Kitty - from the gate and doors to the wallpapers and seats, everything was painted in white and pink.
On the first floor is the gift shop and the station where you can purchase your food and drinks.
Upstairs are the seats and the Hello Kitty room.
While waiting for your order, you can connect to the free meowi-fi or just take some pictures inside Kitty's bedroom - just like what I did :)
So in case you're in Seoul and want to have a cup of coffee or tea in a cute and cozy place, go to this Hello Kitty cafe in Hongdae.
Even if you're not a huge fan of this cute little girl who looks like a cat, I'm sure you'd be impressed with the cafe's overall design!
