The building looks very good, I think after a while there will be a good and successful person or organization that will restore this abandoned building, or rather, give this building a second life. The place where the building is located is open, and there is an opportunity to make good parking for vehicles; this building would make an excellent holiday home for those who want to improve their health. Nearby there is, as I understand, a place for walking. As for the small hill, the entrance to the bomb shelter may be blocked.
