The initiative to which I was invited refers to parents, to those things that they usually do better or that we leave for them to do at home ❤️, so they are the protagonists today 🤭.
Thank God, the men I have in my life are very practical and creative 😅, much ojito, I'm talking about my dad and my partner ❤️. This pair are very creative when it comes to solutions and repairs around the house.
My dad at least, although he doesn't do a lot of chores, knows how to cook and is very creative in this task. Whenever he does it he always adds an extra ingredient that believe it or not gives a different flavor to everything he makes and before you ask me what it is, I must tell you that it is not one in particular, he can add anything 😅.
Besides this he is an expert in repairing anything that gets damaged at home, from electrical appliances to pipes. My dad is one of those who likes to do things himself and if he doesn't know how to do it, he searches on Youtube and does it, because he thinks that if someone else does it, it won't be the same 😂.
On the other hand, my partner is very helpful when it comes to household chores, his forte for me is ironing, he does it very well and super fast and the clothes are super nice, it is something I appreciate that he knows how to do because it is a task that I hate. He also cooks and although he doesn't know how to do it well everything he does is delicious 🤭, he has a very good seasoning, the only bad thing about this part is that I love vegetables and he doesn't and the smaller and invisible he can cut them the better for him, while I suffer hahaha.
He also likes to do home repairs, especially when they are electrical or refrigeration things, since he has experience with these things due to his previous jobs. If someone else does something that he knows how to do, he looks for the smallest detail to do it himself so that now it "looks good" 😅 (Men and their things).
I must confess that he is the person who helps me the most at home, from simply making the bed, cooking or sharpening the knives, to getting down to repairing all the plumbing in the house. He is a multipurpose man 😅.
I think it is important to mention that although a long time ago it was believed that men were the ones who worked and women stayed home to do the housework, nowadays this is not so true. Many men help at home and in some cases they are the ones who stay at home doing the housework and that is not bad. We should be people who help and do everything, both inside and outside the house.
