Arsenal haven’t really played any decent teams in this preseason so facing chelsea was a good test not only for the new players but the current squad to see how they are taking in Artetas tactics
As always Partey was the star of the show while the rest fell pretty flat! Auba looked lively once again and we are going to need every goal we can get out of him
None of the players really stood out apart from Partey and Tierney as always, in what looks like a usual 2-1 loss as we will see a lot of this season
None of the new players featured either as they get up to speed with the way arsenal lose. Mohammed Elneny once again showed why his not arsenal quality and why we desperately need more mids
There was so many times when he had the ball and looked up with foward options available but he doesn’t have the confidence or the quality to make those passes and always passes sideways killing a lot of opportunities
