Arsenal look keen to keep spending after securing their 3rd signing of the season in Ben White. It looks like they’re going back to test Sheffield on a couple of players, namely Sander Berge and adam Ramsdale
Berge is a tough tackling midfielder who would be the ideal partner for Partey and I would say an upgrade on what we thought we would get from Torrriera
While Ramsdale needs to provide cover for Leno as well as push for a spot should Leno decide he wants to leave, both players are pricy for a team that got relegated as the blades want around £35 mill each for them
They could lower those prices with exchanges of players but we will have to see how long these negotiations last since there are other players arsenal are still looking at acquiring
It’s been a decent transfer window thus far but is still like to see more moves
Namely securing:
- A quality number 10
- A number 8
- A number 6
And getting rid of some of the deadwood still in the squad like Kolasinac, Bellerin, Willian, Torriera, Xhaka and Elneny
