If you love Thai food, then you already know that Thai krapao is stir-fry with basil and some sort of meat like chicken and not to be confused with Kung Pao chicken. Today's protein with umami flavor, was my special braised beef. This was a personal meal at a friends eatery , where they let me take over the cooking area for a few long moments. It was a great meal with wonderful friends. Life is great when the food is good.
