When it is common for other children to choose a doctor, lawyer, newscaster and so on. I never wanted to be a doctor right form childhood, I do tell my family that I don't even like seeing blood, I can't bare to look at someone going through pain neither do I want to become a lawyer, I don't even like art class, assimilating those long books on my head will be frustrating,I don't want to. To sum it up, newscaster?? I have always been shy, I don't raise up my hands in class when teacher ask a question, I can't face my own classmate not to talk of crowd . My teachers who sees the intelligence in me, haha😂 do force me up for competition,wanting me to be the face of school the, sometimes after a lot of reading and practice , once I walk up the stage , gbam!!! Everything goes off, my brain just completely go blank and after some fake cheering,you know those cheering na 😂😂 I might just be able to recollect half of what I have prepared to say.
What are my dreams back then. To be a dancer , I love to dance,move my body to music expecially hip pop's, my love for dancing make me interested in singing ,I would write songs lyrics down, my brother drumming with stick on our center table then. Happy like davido has already signed me . Didn't understand times then, soprano, alto and the rest was not my problem. All I knew is that am Happ when singing and dancing and if I could focus and go for training I will be very good. My first distraction was my parents, telling me that dancing is a work of a prostitute and they would never be alive to see any of their children become a prostitute , later I lose interest as I begin to grow and understand life.
Do I still love to dance and sing, yes!! Very well. Dancing never leave me ooo just that I dance for fun now and not as a career.
