One of the things a believer must do is being consistent in studying the word of God. , studying the word of God should not be counted at all , as a believer,we have to remain in the word of God, the more we study,the more we get to know Christ more. We get closer to God as a close as we are to His words which is the Bible. Jesus told Jews in John 8:31 that they continue to be his disciples of they continue in His words. We don not count the times we study the word of God as a believer because these words are what we live on ,it should project our way of life, thinking, character, dressing and all.
Life is full of different believers, those that believes in something else rather than God , those that twist the word of God to what He didn't say,so that we don't get confused and fall for the the enemy of God , we must always meditate in His words not just giving time period on when we can study His words. All believers must take His words -bible as their lifetime career, that's out guide book living in this world.
Matthew 28:19,"Go ye, therefore,and teach all baptizing then in the name of the father, and of the son, and of the holy Ghost" Meaning we have to go out there to preach the word of God ,the word of God that you have really study must be preached to other people, so that they can be saved through you too.
The word of God is very essential for us to know deeply, being able to confront anybody or anything when we knows His words. He gave his words more power than he gave his Name Himself.
