This is one of my Pinoy halo-halo favorite restaurant Mang Inasal. Mang Inasal was located in Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Philippines near at the Maasin City terminal. You can easily find Mang Inasal because it was known restaurant here in Maasin City.

They gave you a priority number after you choose and pay your order. Find your table to seat and wait until the waiter serve it.
Their halo-halo was delicious, yummy and perfect for my taste.
Perfect for this very hot season. You never regret if you order their dessert especially the pinoy halo-halo.
