Just A Busy Day: Processing My Graduate School Enrollment
I've already shared in some of my blogs here that I am currently pursuing a master's degree in business administration. I've already finished one semester and am now on to the next. Today, I will visit the university to process my papers and other requirements.
I filed for leave at work and decided to travel to school around 7:00, since it's a 2-hour ride. While waiting for transportation to arrive at the station, I took a quick selfie for my blog content. After a few minutes, a public van came to pick up passengers. I hopped inside together with the other passengers. Riding here was faster than taking a bus.
After about 1 and a half hours of travel time, I was dropped off at the station. From there, I needed to take a tricycle to the university. I usually walk there, but today it was really hot, and I didn't bring my umbrella.
I arrived at the University entrance in just a 3-minute ride. This is where I finished my bachelor's degree, and it feels nostalgic to be back. I was welcomed by the trees beside the road, the famous statue of former President Ramon Magsaysay, and the "PRMSU signage. It is so good to be back.
Since tricycles weren't allowed inside the university, I had to walk to the accounting office, where I processed everything. When I got there, I paid my tuition fee for the whole semester in full. Then, I paid for my identification card and went back home. I checked my student portal, and it said I was officially enrolled after everything was processed, so the trip and time off work were worth it.
