WHY SO SERIOUS?
You went from Batman to the Joker
things aren't ever what they seem
You were so sweet but grew so bitter
You said so much you didn't mean
.
I gave you everything I had
and watched you burn it to the ground
I held you high up in the sky
but all you did was pull me down
.
Now this may seem a little hostile
as the heartbroken always do
I'm here to wipe your painted smile
This is my heart screaming Fuck You
.
Youre so ridiculous
and its obvious
so ludicrous
its humorous
oh, why so serious?
.
A villain rises as a hero lies
You can't escape a demon's eyes
From sunny days to midnight skies
everything you once despised
creeps inside your fragile mind
.
Like poison Ivy's evil spell
seduced by a kiss straight from hell
And like two face flips his evil coin,
the end result, you can't avoid
.
You're doomed to be the enemy
You play the part so easily
so naturally it sickens me
I'll pray to light the dark knight bleeds
How can you be so serious
With a head screaming delirious?
Enlighten me, I'm curious!
How do you know which voice to trust?
.
Skitzophrenic, panic, manic
Call someone, we need a medic
Brain dysfunctions make me sick
.
And the sickest part about all this
is that you'll probably end up proud
As if this shit weren't all a diss
you'll get the urge to take a bow
.
Now don't get it twisted,
don't flatter yourself
Aside from all that I've listed
you're the joke in itself
.
Because you know a villain's just a hero
that don't ever win
Although the joker may be evil
he's still a clown in the end.
.
A wannabe mastermind
adventuring blind
You're so sure of yourself
you ignore all the signs!
You're just wasting time
repeating lies in your mind
.
Your words alone are suicide
So foolish it should be a crime
Arrogance unjustified
Good or evil,
pick a side
.
A hero saves his damsel,
he doesn't throw her in the flames
A villain laughs at all he kills
he doesn't simply walk away
.
I marvel at your lack of wit
I see right though your dirty tricks
and painted face
the world retracts at your disgrace
