Reflexiones domingueras/ Esas emociones que no tienen nombre //Sunday Reflections/ Those emotions that have no name

We live full of emotions and feelings; however, frequently, when asking someone how they feel, they answer "good" or "bad", I could add "regular", but... Let's analyze:
What does good, or bad, or regular mean? your feeling good is not the same as mine. That there is a lot of subjectivity too. I understand that it is a conventional expression not to go into details. But then when you get into confidence you can talk or expand a little more and expressions such as: fantastic, excellent, great, extraordinary, pleased, or displeased, overwhelmed, annoyed, sad, disappointed, among others, will emerge.
I am of the opinion that although they exist, they do not fully illustrate the feelings or emotions to be conveyed.
But what about those events that arise, for which we do not have an adjective to describe that specific emotion, because the existing ones are hackneyed?
There are moments that surpass our capacity to feel and for which we simply say that we are speechless.
Then emotions surpass language, and the difficult thing is to delimit what exactly a certain expression refers to.
For example, you trust a person completely, you would bet on them with your eyes closed that they are not going to fail you, but this person does and you feel: astonished or disappointed, to give an approximate feeling, but these words fall short before the tangle of sensations that beset you.
On the other hand, imagine this example: you attend an act, where your son plays a musical instrument and he does it with a piece that has a deep meaning for you; the young man offers a wonderful recital and you take your hand to your chest or to your throat, your eyes get wet and without even imagining you produce a sigh or a babbling. Physically the body manifests movements or actions that give something away, but to put it into words and say that you are excited, that is an understatement.
Do you understand what I mean? One could speak of poverty of language, that words exist but are not in the public domain and remain for a select minority that is filled with the ineffable and the dazzlingly beautiful or collapses in the face of the most atrocious pain. No, I think not.
.
Either we have become accustomed to not scrutinize what we feel and finish off with good or bad for each situation or emotions really overcome words.
