I know that submitting a photo of the sea for a contest on the theme of BLUE is not very original.
But I selected this one because the color of the water is exactly "navy blue" and the color of the sky is also exactly "sky blue".
This is not so frequent because the luminosity makes the colors vary considerably and that of the water in particular.
I specify that no filter or retouching was applied to the photo.
It was taken in the north east of Spain in a village on the Mediterranean coast called Cadaques, well known because the painter Dali stayed there for a long time.
