As usual I share some pictures to embellish my post.

Today it's a Japanese kitchen knife that my son brought back from Tokyo.
It is an extraordinary object, very beautiful with its damask steel, I really like the wood color of the handle too.
And above all it cuts really well, it's a pleasure to cut meat with it, a leg of lamb for example, you will find it strange but it gives me the impression to be a butcher practicing his art.
