Abashevo village, Samara region. On the outskirts of the village, on the banks of the Chagra River, there are the ruins of an old water mill. It was built in the middle of the 19th century by the merchant Pustoshkin. The flour produced at this mill was considered one of the best produced in the region. What was in the building of the mill in Soviet times - history is silent. It is only known that almost all the equipment survived until the early 2000s. But then there was a fire, and everything burned down. As the locals say, next to the mill there was a manor, but it has not survived to this day...
