The small village of Klimovka, on the banks of the Volga, Samara region. Now it is a semi-abandoned village, far from federal highways. But now a bridge is being built across the Volga, and the road will pass near this village. Prices for land and housing here will rise greatly. So very soon, instead of old houses, cottage communities and other infrastructure will appear here.
