If i didn't know those words, i never would of risen back up from nothing. A while back that's all i had was nothing after a personal loss. In time i had a new vision of the life i wanted to live, it took many small steps but it was no one else but me, one thing in that time was gathering the strength to ask for help, by asking for help also, i was able to push harder to the lifestyle i wanted to live. now hear I am , after looking into myself to get here.
