I joined steemit in July 2017 mainly for it's SEO value. Later, I discovered it was a crypto and began to use it as blog/earn platform.
I don't think I need to rehash the events that lead us here but I want to know about the best use of my steem. I have around 10,000ish and it is just sitting powered down in the hopes that it will be of value someday.
But, I literally so no place for me there. I have some type of weird emotional attachment to my bag and have never sold any. I'm wondering if it is better used sitting somewhere else.
I can't quite imagine myself converting to hive because while the technology and development are there I'm not sold on a sustainable community.
Leo seems like the hot place to be but I'm not sure about about the value because we are so small right now. I think microblogging will be a gamechanger but converting my steem for leo would be a hard button to push at the moment. (I'm not sure why)
I think if steem pumped a little bit I would let it go easier. Maybe it's because other than mining some btc in 2013, it was my first crypto and I worked hard to earn it.
I would roll it all into btc but I like the idea of being active in a community and earning as opposed to just sitting and watching my wallet.
In that regard, @leofinance has the strongest appeal. Anyone else holding onto steem knowing it has no future? Or am I the only one.
