It's worth noting that this week's popular topic is the three most important things to maintain a happy life. When we talk about this, the first thing that comes to mind for some people is having a lot of money. However, it turns out that having too much money is a source of distress. For example, big celebrities have to pay bodyguards to protect them both at home and away from home. On the other hand, when the COVID pandemic hit, there was no distinction between rich and poor.
Now, based on this, I think we must first have faith in God, because He watches over us and protects us from all evil. The pandemic was a time of anguish, despair, and pain, but with great faith, God helped us overcome this stage of life we're all experiencing globally. During that time, new entrepreneurial ideas emerged because we were confined to our homes, working remotely, and also generating other income.
Another very important thing is to take care of our health, both physical and psychological, by engaging in some physical activity that you enjoy and are passionate about. In my case, I like to hike and enjoy nature every time I climb the mountains in the community where I live. Regarding the psychological aspect, it's advisable not to over-react to the news on social media, which affects people's health, as is the case in Venezuela, where we suffer from high inflation.
Last but not least, let's value the people who are with us—our spouse, children, family, and friends—let's enjoy those special moments that are never forgotten and remain in our hearts. Enjoy the birds chirping, the breeze, a beautiful sunrise—things that for some don't mean much, but it turns out they are the things we cherish most in our lives.
