This is my today's actifit report card..
From first October there will be some change in my office schedule.. little love it is functional from 7:45 to 2: 30pm but but from 1st October it will be functional from 9 o'clock till 3 o'clock . I am little curious taking my new time schedule.
It is because there will be plenty of time to spend for physical maintenance, yoga and playing cricket match that I like very much. Meanwhile I was losing my control over my health due to lazy life. Although I am continuously doing yoga and exercise at the time of morning but I think it is not sufficient.
The way it is getting hot sun, it seems that the pitch of the cricket match will be completely dry in the next three-four days. Till now the cricket match was completely closed due to the rainy season.
Afternoon I was the part of monthly meeting that was held at block resource centre..
Now finishing my activities with 8k steps that I get by walking, moving around the office, and visiting nearby market..
