Whenever reading about a particular blockchain project, it's always white papers and roadmaps. As we approach the end of 2017 with BTC already past $5000 and several ETH-based ICOs coming out each week, I finally decided to ask the question everyone's been thinking: are there any completed blockchain solutions? Even Steemit is still in Beta and it's been around since last year! What's taking so long to achieve even a Version 1.0 for most of these blockchain projects?
