It was a traumatic childhood, however I do take what I can glean from it, such as survival skills and these small stories. I grew up in a cult, so the environment was a very abusive one.

I wonder if there was a baby crying in another part of recovery. What was really interesting as well, was that the reasonable side of my brain knew I had not had a baby. I can’t have a baby. Those days
