Petals contest: Pretty in pink

This is my entry for the Petals photography contest created by @petals.

I took this photo last year in Toulouse, my hometown. It was a chilly winter afternoon, so my goal was to capture frost on flowers. I like the way the light hits this prickly rose (Rosa acicularis), giving the photo an almost dreamy look.

• Exposure: ISO 200, f/7.1, 1/60s
