Hi Everyone
This is a collection of the best shots I have taken these past few weeks.
This first set of shots are from the banks of Loch Ore a beautiful nature reserve here in Fife.
This one is also from Loch Ore , 2 butterflies and what looks like a hornet feeding on a thistle.
On the still waters of the Loch Ore a momma duck leads her troop of ducklings as a kayaker drifts by and a swan poses in the centre.
This lake provides a safe haven for ducks and swans to raise there young safely away from predators.
With these shots I tried to get creative and have something in the foreground with the lake and hills in the background.
My father walking passed a lone tree in a field.
Cows and geese by the lakeside.
Driftwood at the lakes edge with the sun shimmering on the still waters.
A bonnie purple thistle.

This fencepost sticking out into the water makes for an interesting composition. One day Im going to paint a watercolour painting inspired by this little fence.
A lone sailboat drifting in the gentle breeze. Im guessing the flowers by the lake side are a memorial to someone who loved this area.
Moving away from Loch Ore we have the ruins of an old mill house in an area called Dura Den near the hamlet of Kemback on the road towards Cupar in the Fife countryside.
This is a shot of my nephew George playing with the fountains in Burntisland with the fairground in the background.
