Hi Everyone
This is a collection of shots taken last weekend while out walking around the lakeside of Lochore here in Fife Scotland
As the sun was setting I managed to get some nice silhouette shots like this one of my father.
This area is a wildlife reserve and home to many swans and ducks.
The lake is also a popular spot for fishing, there are many trout and pike here.
I'm not sure what species this mushroom is ,it was the only one I spotted in a fairly large woodland.
Spring is in the air here , with these beautiful white blossom's popping on the trees.
This group of trees made for some interesting compositions. I plan to try and recreate some of these as watercolour paintings.
This fence sticking into the water also creates an interesting composition with its reflection on the lake surface. I also plan to try and turn one of these into a painting.
These last few shots capture the tranquillity of the lake.
