Hey Akus! You're very good at this thing, if you continue like this the sky will be your limits. I just laugh in my mind when I hear such statements from people.
When I was a child, statements like this meant a lot to me.
Think of it though, the sky is really a long way up, but what if I got to the sky and remained there. I'd be called "stagnant".
Most times we tend to put limits to what we can achieve, we set targets for ourselves, it's not bad to set targets though, targets are motivating factors that spur us to achieve greatness, but we shouldn't stop at the actualization of our targets..
Life is funny though, points we place as our targets are the starting points for someone else.
Why stop at great when you can be the greatest, why stop at good when you can be best.
Life is progressive, if you decide it to be though.
Set targets, achieve them and beat them.
When I lost my dad, my world came crashing down. I couldn't bear the burden and pressure. I lost focus and zeal. I began to set limits for myself.
I sometimes said to myself in this funny Nigerian statement
I cannot come and go and kill myself.
Thanks to good words from friends, and advice from elders.
I'm putting extra work into becoming something the universe won't expect in 100 years to come.
If you believe there's no limit to what you can achieve.
