There is no doubt about the terrible damage produced by the use and abuse of alcohol in our organism, which can be irreversible, through ignorance and unconsciousness.

No alcoholic beverage should be drunk on an empty stomach or outside of meals, because alcohol causes the tissues through which it passes to shrink, which hardens them, which is why blood cannot circulate to irrigate them, which results in cancerous degeneration, which is why cancer does not heal. (Cancer is synonymous with Necrosis; Necrosis means death). Alcohol should not be eaten.

Alcohol is a very harmful element that easily drags vice as a means of extinguishing sorrows, in people without enough character to oppose the setbacks inherent in this life, each day more full of difficulties and falsehoods, although it has as a consequence the personal repugnance that such vice inspires, because nobody willingly forgives the drunkard.

The bad quality of the toxic elements contained in such generalized bad alcohols produce incurable disorders in the esophagus, stomach, liver, kidneys, heart, brain, among others, which, once initiated, precipitate the sick person more and more to the settlement of the same vice, because he is even convinced of the uselessness of all the weak temptations made to modify it.

I have seen an individual sitting on the floor in a commercial place, who was showing off his swollen legs, declaring when squeezing them, that the wells that left the fingers, all that was Geneva. And yet, the bottles of gin have a label which reads: "In old age, it preserves the limpidity of crystalline water, it is a nectar".

In addition to the known health consequences, alcohol consumption causes serious social and family problems.

Alcohol also promotes risky behaviour such as traffic accidents or risky sexual practices (sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies).

If we avoid alcohol we will have a healthier life and we can contribute to our family, our community and our country.

Let's educate our children with good habits and conscience to contribute to a better world.
