It is true that nothing that lasts long or has true value comes easy. Indeed Rome was not built in a day and if you ever build a "Rome" you should be thankful to those who built it along with you and be empathetic to those who comprise the empire, recognizing their efforts that makes stand, what you call your empire.
I joined steemit not too long ago and although my blog has not exactly been top-notch I have received so much encouragement and Love and for this I am grateful.
"He who is thankful in little things will be thankful in much but he who is not thankful in little things does not really mean the thanks he gives when he receives much". This is the way i see this following i have gotten in less than a month; Like a new church of 100 members and if you think of it, that's a lot! And although your messages may not strike a nerve every sunday they still come to church. Maybe not because of you or your messages but because of the Love that abounds in that church and the relationships between fellow members.
Also, a full church does not necessarily mean they all were interested in your message. Sometimes when the church is not as filled up as you want it to be, you get more appreciation than you expected to be.
