We firmly believe that the process of industrialization must go through the installation of new companies that in accordance with the policy of incentives and financial support, conglomerates of SMEs that under parameters of specialization complement products in diversity of offers that seek economies of scale in production diversified so useful for the development of an economy including goals and objectives to supply the national market and contribute in a reasonable time the opportunity of exports coupled with the integration processes.
We can also affirm with propriety that the experiences in other countries would serve as support and example for the expected effects and that these will give added value in innovation, technology and because of labor to the new industrial organizations in sectors such as mechanical metal , agroindustry, mining and other activities. Diversification is much more viable from the SMEs as a solid basis for an economy that requires production, productivity and product complements at the national market scale and for this, the policies of the State should be directed towards important paths given the current state of supply that has obeyed to schemes of monopolistic and oligopolistic practices and that in a certain way have prevented, among other reasons, those cited the development of a sustainable economy over time.
For these reasons, the State is called upon to produce the necessary incentives such as taxation and financing, as well as the empowerment of another type of company that, under popular power, carries out these tasks, including those of a family nature, as small and medium-sized enterprises initially emerged. in Europe and other latitudes. Decisive and supportive policies that take into account the planning and needs in own activities that serve as complements of finished products in the manufacture of parts and pieces.
The policy of industrialization must be accompanied by a whole range of other considerations such as territorial, the specificity of the regions that allow exploiting the autochthonous and inventive in order to produce advantages and that these serve to offer products that allow healthy competition away from any imposition of dominance as it occurs in areas of mass consumption, in other words, what a particular company produces will require parts and pieces that another company provides.
Finally, industrialization in Venezuela will have the value that healthy competition and complementarity allow in order to adequately supply the national market, in addition, in our concept, the small and medium industry will allow a growth of the Internal Product needed to turn Venezuela into a country small and of a power that allows to correct and eliminate the rentismo and to produce the sufficient amount and volume of products, that as we indicated at the beginning open the way for the exports and of this way to alleviate the entrance of currencies that contribute to the financing of the social programs .
