The title responds to the proverb, according to which, there are only dichotomous exits; no half measures.

Nonproductive buyers do not achieve goods when they buy them, they only acquire their use values ready to be used or consumed.

If the State lacks ownership over goods manufactured by private companies, how can it claim to impose prices and rates of profit on goods that do not belong to it? Such an attitude would be a contradiction.

Who puts prices on the items in the basic basket known as CLAP? The commune or the small communal enterprise does not take care of all the interests of the money, and that marks the deference between socialist market modalities and the capitalist market.

The producing communes of CLAP acquire inputs from the market at the prices they apply, but when they sell the boxes they use their costs to set their sales prices without going through any market and apply the equation: raw materials, labor and other costs constant plus a margin of operational surplus value with a view to the increase of "capital" destined to increase or improve the production of CLAP.
Hence, the interference of the State on the market in a capitalist society could not bring any benefit. We are seeing that everything that happens to us now began with the beginning of the regulations: At the first speculative outbreak, the State regulated the prices, first of the dollar and then of the prices of the goods.

If a businessman sells at speculative prices, if there is still no inflation, that speculator comes out of the game. Ignorance of the laws of the Political Economy continues to characterize the current Political Administration-

Today things have changed and all entrepreneurs are speculators before the generalized price rise. There can be no other alternative than compulsory negotiation with the big factories and the main import centers.
