I went to a couple small retail banks this morning to make deposits & the first bank teller brought up crypto after I said give me that paper funny money. He knew very little about crypto, said he lost some money during the last big run up, but was still very interested. I gave him my quick two cents about the long term crypto potential & impending dollar devaluation/death. Brought up gold & silver as well but he did not seem interested. So I told him to get on steemit & that was that at bank 1.

So of course at bank 2 I brought up the crypto conversation & the teller there was very ignorant but very interested in crypto as well. She said she had heard nothing about her bank doing anything with crypto but she understood there was a great deal of potential there. She seemed very interested as did the first guy. The kind of interest that is really focused attention to something important as opposed to the good customer service kind of attention.

These were very interesting morning conversations for me. Regional bank tellers obviously aren’t clued into long term bank plans, nor are they big investors, but they’re in the business of money & talk to people about it all day. I always try to get into weird economic conversations with them. Today was the first day I saw that greedy spark in the eye when talking about crypto.

The public sentiment seems to be shifting towards crypto & it makes a lot of sense. We have all already been using digital forms of money for a long time now & are comfortable & dependent. The idea & history of real money (I.e. physical gold & silver) is very foreign to most Americans, but the internet has them from the moment they wake up till they go to bed & many probably dream about it nowadays. Crypto is coming in a big way after and or during the next crisis. The public pump is getting more primed everyday & there are some very big ($300,000,000usd) new crypto wallets that have loaded up in this 6k range.

Do you focus on the last year of bitcoin

Or the big picture?

I see huge potential upside for bitcoin continuing to grow, the institutional infrastructure seems to be sneakily happening behind the scenes wile the price stays controlled. I’m not convinced bitcoin & cryptos Or blockchain will solve all of our traditional human economic problems, but I’m willing to bet the technology is gonna play a huge role in the next phase of our economic structure & will yield huge rewards for those with good timing.

What does public sentiment tell you about current economics?
