The music of @chuitocastle

@chuitocastle nos comparte una masterclass con su guitarra eléctrica; realizar fraseo en la guitarra es una labor bastante ardua, pero en manos de nuestro hiver se ve muy sencillo, natural y fluido. Hay mucha velocidad y precisión en sus movimientos, además que la guitarra tiene micrófono principal Fullertone lo que le da un excelente tono, sonoridad colorido y con cuerpo. Podemos observar e intentar aprender diferentes técnicas implementadas por el guitarrista y un plus es que lo podemos ver a una velocidad menor y con las tablaturas, al final del video podemos observar a @chuitocastle con una improvisación muy interesante y difícil de ser igualada.

Hasta dónde somos capaces de soportar a cambio de mendigar algún sentimiento. En "Cría cuervos" se nos plantea uno de los conflictos más generalizados de la sociedad, el miedo del individuo a la soledad. @noakmilo hurga en la profundidad de su protagonista para buscar las excusas que le sirvan para justificar el maltrato, el miedo; parece una sencilla y simple narración de una situación común de pareja, pero es también un conflicto interno, de amor y desamor de una misma persona, que al final es derrotado frente al espejo. Amas interpretaciones quedan servidas para que las disfruten.

The drawing of @masummim50

Living inside of one's head, that is, being excessively self-conscious, in our modern social media-orientated era is a given. One's online profile is as if it were one's house that needs curtains, a paint job, furnishing, and so on. In a rather surreal sketch provided by @masummim50, we see the lower half of a face but the top half of a house. The outside of the house is visible, but the insides are closed off to us. This is a clever design from the artist. It symbolizes the metaphor with which I started. But it also denotes the closed-off nature of our social media-house-identity. That is, only the occupants know what is going on inside, but the viewers are left to wonder, like we as viewers wonder what is going on inside of this figure's house-mind.

The digital drawing of @davideazul

En este Splinterlands fanart, algo que me llama mucho la atención es la perspectiva que escogió el artista, acostada al fondo del mar y los detalles cuidados como la textura de la arena, o la piel de escamas. Todo el conjunto se ve muy atractivo, aún los colores ayudan a generar ambiente sensual, que en las mitologías eso era lo que llamaba la atención de cualquier persona en las sirenas, su hermosura.

The painting of @kouhei-gahaku

Four faces border around a smaller figure dangling from a hand, seemingly from one of these disembodied faces. Two separate hands also hover close to the figure; one trying to flick the figure away (as if the figure is a nuisance) and the other one a fist held up in scorn. Reading the description of this artwork, titled "Psychological games" by @kouhei-gahaku, one is reminded of a Kafkaesque situation in which the person standing trial is left in the dark about what the trial is about. However, looking deeper in the painting, one sees what looks like a human sperm cell trying to impregnate the smaller figure's mind. One can read this as an apt metaphor for our troubled times in which there are so many voices "in our heads" telling us what to believe. The four faces can thus represent gods or judges, or they can represent our perception of others and their opinions that try to infiltrate our minds.
